there are alot of operators for those stuff u can kayak, raft on the jordan river - i tryed the kayaking - u start at kibutz beit hillel and finish at kibutz agoshrim (i think its called the "kayakey agoshrim" or something like that

but while u kayak u see all the signs of the other companies as well

its really nice but be carefull - it can get really hot there

they provide everything u need

Swimming away

If you are hydrophilic and Speedo fan, you should go to the swimming pool at the hotel in Kibbutz Kfar Giladi and meet some serious swimmers. The pool opens at 6.30 AM during the week and at 8.00AM at Shabbats. There is a gym and you can have a massage and sauna too.

Osnei Haman (Haman Ears)

In Israel it is customary to eat Osnei Haman (Haman Ears) for Purim. Haman ears are a type of abstract ear-shaped (Mr. Spock style!) pastries. Perhaps Haman had similar ears, I don't know. I never met him. K8, and particularly Cafe Haiamisa, has the most tasty ears because they are made of 8 ingredients. Cafe Haiamisa usually has a "Haman Ear Eating Contest" around Purim with the theme "eat as many Haman ears as you can in one week". I was this season's winner, congratulations, Gabi!
