Osnei Haman (Haman Ears)
by Trillian2005 In Israel it is customary to eat Osnei Haman (Haman Ears) for Purim. Haman ears are a type of abstract ear-shaped (Mr. Spock style!) pastries. Perhaps Haman had similar ears, I don't know. I never met him. K8, and particularly Cafe Haiamisa, has the most tasty ears because they are made of 8 ingredients. Cafe Haiamisa usually has a "Haman Ear Eating Contest" around Purim with the theme "eat as many Haman ears as you can in one week". I was this season's winner, congratulations, Gabi!
