This Lebanese restaurant rightfully earned its reputation. It serves genuine ethnic Lebanese dishes which cannot be found in some other so-called Lebanese restaurants. The ubiquitous humus gets new tastes and several varieties. Many salads are lavishly served to the table as starters (mezze), and I especially liked the hyssop salad and the Tabbouleh. The meat dishes (lamb / veal / chicken) were served along with tasty rice.
The decor and the furniture is simple and functional, don't expect anything fancy. However, the food is delicious, and the service is good and efficient (the Lebanese waitresses patiently explaining at each table what "Mafroush" and all the other unknown names stand for)...
I recommend the deal of assorted mezze, main dish and coffee for only NIS 60 per person, providing there are at least 3 diners; for two you can get the same deal for NIS 75 each, which is still very worth while.Related to:
