Favorite Dish: In Jerusalem, along the outer wall, I had the best Falafals that I've ever eaten. Well, I hope so, it IS the national dish!! I just haven't found any that compare since.

Yummy icecream and fruits in one of the restaurants behind the main busstation in Jerusalem! They also make nice cheese, ham and mushroom omelets and tunasandwhiches!

the cheaperis buy in the mussulman district in the old city. The Majane Yehuda is a cheaper too. The set in the Falafel street are very trusty.

The very best restaurant we experienced was located just outside Bethlehem. We had some fantastic barbequed meat. Our advise is 'try it'.
