The Underground is a Nightclub which exists for many years already in Jerusalem. I have been there not during my latest trip in Israel but during one of my others. It's located in the heart of Jerusalem, at Kikar Zion [Tsion].

You dont have a lot of options for nightlife in this area.Dont try to leave your hotel's area because this is still a desert and you can fall or find a dangerous animal (leopard , snake).You can enjoy in your hotel's lobby or sit outside and enjoy the desert silence. The desert can be very cold place during the night so i think you should take warm clothes with you
I was very lucky with the kibbuz I was sent to as it ran its own nightclub, "The Bunker". People from all over the area used to frequent it on a Friday & Saturday night. It was not at all stylish or very atmospheric, but is was fun to go for a dance & a drink or 2 or 3 or ........... It was free to get in for us volunteers & kibbutzniks, I dont know how much outsiders had to pay, it wouldnt have been much. Very Casual
Tiberias is very much a tourist town, there are plenty of bars, cafes & restaurants both along the water front and in the town.Also there are Galleons covered in lights with blaring music which go out on the lake at night time. Depending on your mood, the music from the galleons can either spoil the atmosphere, or you can enjoy the livelyness of them. Casual
I remember going to pub/bar called "Amazon" one time which was fun, I think it was in the new part of Jerusalem, but it would have been quite close to the old city because of where we were staying. I do remember we had a great time there.
A group of us from the Kibbutz went to Jerusalem for a few days at Christmas. This is when we visited the Underground, a brilliant & very lively water hole. A good time was had by all! VERY Casual!
I cant remember the name of all the actual bars or clubs we went too, but in Tel Aviv, Netanya & the new city in Jerusalem the nightlife was brilliant. I must say it took some getting used to how many guns were around for socialising, but I never saw any touble. The drinks out there are so much cheaper than here in UK, actually I think drink is cheaper than the UK anywhere! The Kibbutz I was on, as I have said had its own nightclub which was very lucky, I have some brilliant memories of evenings there.
Normally when you say night life you mean Tel Aviv even though all over the country you can fine a great night life although mainly in the big cities and less in the quiet areas.Tel Aviv is the Night life and Sin city of Israel...All you have to do is look for what you want and you'll find it.
Ok, this is the spot, my friends and i found it by luck. One of them had a house in Carmeliya and we asked some guys in a bar called "happy bar". they told us about a club over near the warehouses. This club is awesome. it has multiple levels and the main section is on the roof. (great for preventiong the heat factor) the drinks are awesome, the DJ's awesome and the girls are awesome. if you are underage, just tell the bouncer youre american and theyll let you in. Dress for a club... trendy. nothing too casual
