There is a place in Haifa called Yagul I think. It was a great nightclub.There were different levels with top 40 music in one bar, old music in another, and trance up the top. It was expensive to get in 60 shekkels I remember as of December 2001. But a great place to get out and boogy!!! Neat casual
In Eliat there are an incredible number of bars to go to at night. The Unplugged Bar and The Underground Pubs are good ones. They also have computers in many bars to check e-mail. It's really a party town. There is one bar that is open 24 hours and it's open air - no walls or anything. You walk right in and sit down either at the bar or on a beanbag chair. It's hot even at night and it's so nice to chill out there with some friends and talk.
In Beer Sheva - the best club in town is the 'Forum' club. But visit it only when there are student parties. The best pubs are 'BARAKA' and 'FACTOR', which mostly visited by students from the university.
The best club in Israel is OMAN 17 located in Jerusalem, on Oman street :), 17.The music is good (mostly trance) and the atmosphere is great! There is no special dress code, but you should dress well (I mean party well, not wedding well...), or there's a big chance you won't get in.
If you're into trance Rave parties, there are many of them held in the north and near the dead sea. All you have to do, is go to HAOMAN 17, and ask someone. Lot's of people know exaclly when and where these parties held.
My favorite city in Israel was barnone Jerusalem. it is such a cool city and so beautiful too.One of the coolest quarters in downtown Jerusalem is the russian Quarter, all the best shish Taouk places and watering holes. My personal fav and i recommend it to anyone who loves live music is called 'Mike's Place' Its a tiny but excellent hole in the wall and when I was there there was a great mississippi blues band playing. They get the coolest acts. You ever see a Hassidic Rabbi play stones covers on a slide guitar?..I didn't think so!Althoug expensive. Youll quickly come to realize how beautiful israel women are and how handsome the men are. i met the girl of my dreams there. her favorite show was Northern exposure. like anywhere, The fancier the dressier.

Most of the best night clubs in Israel are located in Tel Aviv but there are some in Jerusalem and at Haifa (and it's vicinity).In Tel Aviv, most clubs work 7 days a week, from about 9:00pm till morning.
Jerusalem, the Old City - sounds weird with it being the religious capital of the world, but the night life is raging, work your way from the 'Arizona Bar' (drink as much as you can from 8pm) and walk around the corner to the 'Underground', which is a little cramped but a good rave.Jerusalem is the best, why? Because stumbling onto the streets after a hard night partying and being faced with 'The dome of Rock' and the sounds of bells calling Muslims to prayer really kicks into touch any other city sights/sounds I've seen !
