Couscous is a middle eastern food , many jews from north africa that came to Israel love this food and everyone says that the couscous from their house/country is the best - Tunisia , Marroco and more.My father if from Tunisia so i think that their couscous is the best.There are a lot of middle eastern restaurants that you can enjoy a good bowl of couscous but i like the one that i am making myself and if you want here is the recepie : I use 2 cooking pots for the vegetables that i put on the couscous :1: the soupcut 1 big onion and fry it with oil until it is brown (not burn).add cubes of 5 potatoes , 2 carrots , 2 zucchini , Humus , 2 sweet potatoes , small piece of a pumpkin and mix it with oil for 2 minutes.Cover with water and add garlic , parsley , salt , pepper , cumin , a little bit turmeric and paprika.cook the soup until the vegetables are ready.I prefer cooking it until most...
