Pier 23 is a small place near the sea on the old Tel aviv Harbor.Actually this is not a restaurant , it is more a fast food place where you can eat fish , french fries , hot dogs and walk around the promenade.The place is small but still you have places to sit.A lot of people come here to sit and enjoy the view of the sea , the sunset and if they have kids to let them play around. The food is not that expensive.

Knafe or knafa (you say the "K" and the "N" not the kn in knife for example and it sounds like ke'na'fe') is a sweet/salty desert.It is made of cheese and a sweet sauce with pistachios.This ia an arab desert and when you walk in the arab markets you can find a lot of places that sell knafe (Akko , Jaffa , Nezerth , Jerusalem , Haifa).
Here is a malabi recipe :Ingredients for 6 poeple :1 litter milk (or 1 litter water or 50%/50%)1/2 cup of sugar (or less or none depends on your taste)5 full tablespoons of corn flower1 tablespoon of rose water (or more, if you want but it will be very sweet)you can also add on top of the malabi ::*Crushed almonds or peanuts*Raspberry syrup*A few drops of rose water*Crushed pistachios*Coconut bitsHow to make the malabi :Boil the milk (or 1 litter water or 50%/50%).Mix well the corn flower with the 1/2 cup of water and pour it to the boiling milk as you stir.Cook for a minute more and Add the rose water.Stir a bit, and you're done. Pour the liquid to 6 cups. Let the cups cool in the fridge for at least an hour or more (until it's 100% cold).Just before you serve add the thing you want on top and enjoy your dish.

I am not a big fan of chocolate and sweet things but i love white chocolate so i tried the white chocolate granita.It is like a cold coffee with crushed ice - very good !.
Moses is a nice restaurant located in Rothschild Avenue in Tel Aviv , one of the most beautiful streets in the city.Located close to beautiful buildings like the old russian embassy and Bauhaus buildings.The service is very good and they serve good meat and they are famous for the hamburgers.I went to Moses to celebrate my 3rd wedding anniversary day and i am sure i will return.Good Alcohol and food with great service is always a good thing for a restaurnt. I ate a 300gr Hamburger with french fries.They made the Hamburger like i wanted (not more and not less) , the french fries were salty and crispy.With my food i orderd 1/2 liter of Guinness , a glass of Amaro Ramazzotti and a glass of Becherovka.They have good sauces like spicy ketchup and homemade chilly sauce.
