Timna park to my opinion is not Off the beaten but Must see activity.
A lot of people come to Eilat to relax and enjoy the sea and the beaches and they forget that there is also beautiful nature here.
Park timna is a beautiful nature park with lovely rocks and stones , a copper mine and beautiful landscapes.

Timna Park is a unique natural reserve, featuring fascinating geological & archeological sites.
A breathtaking scenery, the prehistoric rock formations and also the lake without forgetting the Bedouin tent.

Park on the road to Eilat with interesting sandstone formations, and an ancient cave painting. Must have a car or the hike is hours and very hot! With a car you can drive to each point of interest so it is no problem
