The Red Sea Star: Their slogan should be "we don't have that"
First, no one was at the door to greet us...we had to find our own way to the tables (3 stair levels down). No body was in the restaurant (first tip we should have taken to walk out). We ordered tap water (tourists aren't made of money..tap water = free)...but they didn't have tap water (how?!)...so they MADE us buy mineral water. Everything we pointed to on the menu, they somehow didn't have (which was amazing since there were no customers to make them run out of it). We all (four of us) had to share a tiny salad. The bread was cold (cold toast?). One of us ordered chicken and got rubber. Another ordered crab casserole and got a "casserole dish" (a bowl basically) with tiny, unappetizing gray crab legs. Another ordered salmon, which was dry. When we tried leaving, the manager would not let us go without paying for half of our meals (which we didn't even eat!)...so after 15 minutes of arguing with him (one of the two employees there), we had to buy the free salad, free bread, and the water we didn't drink. On top of all of this, each meal was over 80 shekels...way too expensive for the overall experience.
The scenery might be tempting, but the food and service will make you regret ever walking in.
Favorite Dish: The second dinner we got at the next restaurant we went to (Refaelo: 054-563-5094) ---go there instead!
The Red Sea Star: Wow ! There goes dinner
This is a simply amazing place to eat. The restaurant is situated underwater at the end of a short pier and there are windows all around to watch the amazing marine life while you enjoy your meal.
Favorite Dish: I had steak which was excellent but not surprisingly, there is a fish theme to most of the menu. My friend had fish and said it was delicious.
The Red Sea Star: Where the fish watch 'YOU' eat.... Part 1
A very unusual restaurant, in that it is located underwater. A few meters below sea level on the Red Sea's coral reef. Ample windows ensure you can see the amazing sea life in this area.
Favorite Dish: We only stopped for drinks, so I cannot comment on the quality of the food.

The Red Sea Star: Where the fish watch 'YOU' eat.... Part 2
The underwater floor of the complex is shaped like a star, it is imaginatively design to give you the feel you are sat in an aquarium, which you are. I found the decor very interesting, even the stools were designed like Jellyfish. The bar itself was fitted with a submarines periscope.

The Red Sea Star: Where the fish watch 'YOU' eat.... Part 3
Sixty two windows give you a unique view of life 5 meters under the sea. A breathkaking view of hundreds of various tropical sea creatures in a colorful coral garden.
Favorite Dish: The restaurant is a green project and the Marine life experts and divers have worked for years to reconstruct, preserve and nurture the natural surrounding coral reef.

The Red Sea Star: Where the Fish watch you eat...
A cool underwater restaurant. but if you want to visit ... then.. Reservations are necessary Mostly on Weekends.
Thats the first and only underwater Bar & restaurant in the world. Decorated in a very unique style and shaped as a star. around the restaurant there are 62 windows so that whereever you sit you can watch the underwater life.
At night there are very soft lights which makes it possible to keep enjoying the views.
The restaurant is open all week days (except for Sundays) from 12:00 - 24:00.
The Bar is open from 10:00 - 01:00 all week except for Sundays
Favorite Dish: I didnt have time to have a meal there so only been at the bar for a drink.
The Red Sea Star: Dont' miss watching your meal swim by
This is an undersea restaurant, yes, thats right, you walk out on the pier, go inside and then take an elevator below the sea. You sit and watch the relatives of your dinner swim by as you are eating him (or her as the case may be). During certain times they have divers who go into the water and work with the different fish around the restaurant, providing you with live enteratainment. You can also see the odd ship floating by over your head. I have added some pictures in the travelogue.
Favorite Dish: I had the fried octopus and the clams, which were average, nothing special, but the atmosphere was worth it.
