Shalom Tower (Migdal Shalom) was the first magnificent highrise built in Israel, with its 34 floors achive 142 meters from the ground. The construction of the tower was completed in 1965 and it was considered as one of the highest and most modern towers in Asia and Europe. It was also the highest building in Israel for more then 30 years, until the Azrieli Towers construction was finished in 1999.
ITs worth while going up to the top of the Sholom Towers observatory, the highest point in the area that has access, you can see all the surrounding area. There are touch sites on the glass windows, which give imformation and history of the views seen.
Shalom Tower - Migdal Shalom was the tallest building in Israel before Azrieli and Moshe Aviv in Ramat Gan and was build in 1965 and is 142m high.
