by dr.firas

Tripoli is the second biggest city in Lebanon. It has the population of little less than a million! And it is a very famous city in Lebanon. And it is slowly built after the war to reach a better level and be as much close to Beirut the Capital, but still a big really big difference between the 2 cities.

Rush hour

by dr.firas

Rush hour in Zahle is horrible, those many cars and the narrow streets are making the image really not very nice! But good things in Lebanese drivers, they respect the law and they are civilized and gentle with the walkers.

The most friendly people you'll ever meet

by daaaniel

The best thing about Lebanon is the frendliness of the people living there. And no, it's not just a clicheé. I've been to a lot of places but never seen such generousity anywhere. For example, we were viviting the mountain area outside the cedars and walking on the road. It didn't take long time before cars stopped and offered us a ride. To anywhere! One chap actually took us to a town not in his direction at all.
