This photo was taken just outside The Umayyad Mosque...I couldn't even enter the mosque & it's so peaceful & quiet as well.
Thought I'd better walk off anyway as I wanted to capture more amazing sights in Baalbek !

We can't enter these ruins at night, not even during the day but we could see them better at night I think.
On my photo, look at the fallen columns & behind the temple are the houses & this temple like Baalbek Ruins are almost in the town itself !

The Umayyad Mosque is just behind my hotel so I thought I wanted to capture it at night but it's not brightly lit.
Thanks to some lights around the mosque so you can see the photo of this mosque at night.
In some guidebooks, this Umayyad Mosque was supposed to be in ruins but judging from my photo, it has been rebuilt & we can see some old pillars on the photo...

There are service taxis still doing their services at about 8 or 9 pm in Baalbek.
It was just below the balcony of my hotel.
No, it's not that noisy just some sounds of the crying children before they were being told to be quiet by their parents !

Well, my 'nightlife' in Baalbek was just spending times by walking around.
Not much activity happening except for some people wandering around as well !
Still, it's not a quiet night out anyhow as there are cars passing by so careful when crossing the roads !

It was quiet when I was back to my hotel, the photo is showing the sight just outside before I went up the stairs.
There's not many people staying there when I was there, so another quiet atmosphere upstairs as well...
I slept off right away, daydreaming about all my night photos around Baalbek, a good night out certainly for me !

This is The Roman Temple Of Venus which is just next to my hotel !
It was brightly lit hence I could take some snaps !
It has many coloums & most of them in ruins.
