The Cedars, ski resort

East of Bcharre in northern Lebanon lies the ski resort the Cedars , just a few KMs away from the famous grove of cedar trees.At 2100 to 2900 M the Cedars is the highest of the six ski resorts in Lebanon.The season is from November till April.In the Cedars ski resort, a small village, are some hotels, shops and four slopes with skilifts (from beginner to intermediate).When we visited the resort end April, the last snow on the slopes was melting. There are some equipment hire-shops.
