being a touristy area and the main attraction for Christian Pilgrims who will go to the vista Point of the Mount of Temptation at a valley below the mountain (many of the tour groups don't climb up the mountain via the cable car and just have a view here at the vista point). There are a few souvenir shops lining the Building at the front of the Vista Point which sells assorted secular items like shot glasses, fridge magnets, post cards, books, posters, paper weights and a lot more, plus religious items for Christians and Jews like cruicifixes, rosaries, menorahs, Kippas, Statues, etc.
these shops are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm everyday
What to buy: all the souvenir items, both secular and religious and even palestinian stuffs like fridge magnets or posters and flags.
they accept Israeli Shekel and Jordanian Dinar as these two currencies are the de facto currency of Palestine as it is still not an Independent state. you can also pay in US Dollars or Euros too.
