Favorite thing: I don't think there is much you should do here other than pick another country which is more fun to visit.

Favorite thing: Qatar is one of the safe, quiet - whisper it, boring? - destinations in the Gulf. The height of excitement on a sunny afternoon - and we're talking 120 Fahrenheit here - is watching rich Qataris climb in and out of their top-of-the-range Land Cruisers and Range Rovers. Enjoy the modern architecture, admire the sweep of the Corniche and dream of cool, rainy days.....
