The Old Souk as it is called is found between the Souk Waqif and the Al Souk Streets. The Old Souk is made up of tiny shops lining the streets. When you enter the souk you will be hit by the noise and the hustle-bustle of customers haggling with their sellers. Similar to the atmosphere of an old bazaar, the souk is famous for its exotic spices, herbs and nuts. You will also find arabic embroidered cushions, bed covers and exotic blankets. If you wish to take mementos back with you then you should pick out some Arab costumes like the ceremonial camel hair women's cloaks
