    Favorite thing: jeddah 's: Jubrita Square

    Jubrilta is a name of a small sea water ntrance to the mediterianian from the west . Now it is a British Colony. Jubrilta means in Arabic JAbal TARIQ + Mountain of Tariq. He is the Famous Moslem who invaded Spain before12 centeuries. The Spanish said that they burned his ships in order of preventing him and his army from escaping. The Islamic history said when Tariq Army reached the edge of Spain he orderd burning of all ships to close the way for escape for his soulders and made the fight more. Any way in Islamic History he is a Hero

    Favorite thing: In Jiddah there are large pieces of art displayed throughout the city. Pictured below is a large metal bicycle and some boats that are mounted to the concrete. I don’t understand this idea. To me most of the art on public display looks pretty tacky. But I’m no art critic so what do I know??
