    The hotel is located at AL Balad area in the middle of Jeddah and it occupies a major position of AL-Arbien Lake, and it is the only hotel at AL-Balad area of the first scale (5 star hotel).
    The hotel was constructed in the year 1958 (1378 H) and was reconstructed in the year 1982 (1401 H) in accordance with the modern systems and styles of hotels and accommodations which meet all facilities and services for both Hajjis and other guests.
