Favorite Dish: 'Ras Mandi' : since people were very poor, they used to consume and cook every part of a goat or sheep. 'Ras Mandi': (is the soup comes from baking; and the cleaned well baked spicy bones;and meat of the head and brain' of the sheep or a goat). It is not only rich of Calcium, but it is the Calcium it self.--------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------

'Makadem' is another Calcium. With certain procedures they expose many legs and foot of sheeps to a light flame in order of getting red of the hair covering. Then they boil it with a spicy combination to get the soup. Soup is served with this included well boiled bones and skins of legs and foots. Pieces of Brown bread 'whole wheat' should be added to the soup as an option.------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------

'Al-Eish Alhab': pure brown bread 'whole wheat' in large coal oven with sesame on the top.---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------

' SaiadiA'h':1-Boiled fish and its soup cooked or boiled with black frying smashed onion and cumin. 2-served with brown rice that has been cooked by by another quantity of the same soup. 3- Frying or broasted Fish is an option with the rice.--------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------

'Takatee'A': Frying small pieces of sheep's liver and cleaned sheep's pieces of stomach served with brown bread.
