Serves both males and females.
opens from 9am-5pm for ladies only and from 5:30pm-12am for males.
The place is a very luxurious and prestigious,it has one of the best spinning classes in Jiddah for ladies.
It also has aerobics classes including:
-Power pump.
-Latino dance.
-Swiss ball.
-Kick boxing.
-Tae Bo.
-Core.
and as said above:
-spinning.
-Ballet classes for girls ages between 4 and 6.(700 Riyals per month,for 8 classes)
Has also a steam and sauna rooms.
Annual fees for ladies is 6500 Riyals.
monthly fees for ladies is 1100 Riyals.

As for the ladies fitness trainers this club has professional trainers from France,America,Morocco,Algiria,Ukrain,and United kingdom.
Equipment: Has a large number of tredmills and many other machines.Also has a sauna & steam rooms.
