Khatt al Trailat (the trailers road); that branch out from Makah Jeddah Old Road from Haddah village and pass by all the ancient houses between Haddah and al Jamoom continuing to al Jamoom crossing the Makkah Madinah Highway and continuing its way until it connect with Makkah Taif Road (al Sail Road) and from there to the eastern region.

Private vans are a little expensive but in it you have the option to stop at any destination you like and roam around.
