Shing Yang Restaurant: Craving for Far East food?

chicken in cashew, prawn fried rice, spicy squid e

the best Chinese food restaurant I've tried in Madinah. The food cooked in almost the same way as I've had in Malaysia. Which probably means that they put lots of spices.

i went there almost every 2 weeks, just to satisfy my cravings.

Favorite Dish: My favorite would be the unassuming 'Prawn Fried Rice'. My guess is that they're using Basmati Rice (most here use Basmati, I rarely see Thai or those sticky rice). And fried em with lots of butter and garlic, and big prawns, and some chili. Simple yet yummy. About SR13 per plate.

I also would recommend 'Chicken in Cashewnut Sauce'. About SR20 per plate.
