HOUSING
Yanbu contains a wide variety of spacious, attractive housing - ranging from detached villas to townhouses and apartments. Most of this housing - nearly 11.000 units – was constructed by the Royal Commission as the initial core of the community, while other homes have been built for their employees by companies and government agencies located in the city.
As nearly all available units are fully occupied, the Royal Commission is actively encouraging investment in new housing development for the community. A broad selection of residential lots is available to private developers, organizations, and individuals. Through its Investment Promotion Department, the Royal Commission provides full support to anyone interested in housing construction at Yanbu.
Housing at Yanbu includes a variety of Arabic architectural styles with traditional details and is characterized by lush landscaping.
