High Side Kick
This High Side kick is one of my lovely movements!
it needs years of hard training and strong will!
well only one time I used this danger kick against a jerk!
I really hope I'll never be forced to use my fighting skills!
as in real life it could be fatal!
only movies shows a battle of 1 hour!
indeed one strong kick like this one will end the whole fight!
but it could end it for the opponent forever!
No Pain No Gain
Training in my room!
I used to train in a sport club!
actually I changed lot of them!
the best one is the one I mentioned here "Al Basel"
but then I thought why not to buy some equipments and do everything in my room!
it's more comfortable when you're living all the time and don't have to go and pay money!
but for tourists Al Basel is the best choice!
Hiking and climbing
Nearby Aleppo there is Kurdish mountain,(Jabal al Akrad).
in Afrin is worth a visit you can hike around pine and oak tree as well olive trees.
Equipment: comfertable shoes.

"Nadi Albasel" is a very good sport club to do
your favorite sport.
Equipment: No need for equipments except for Tennis
you need at least rackets.
and of course swimming costume when you wanna swim!!!
