Mas'adah is a Druze village located in the Golan area - though perhaps not as interesting as Majdal Shams (which is a town we drove through, located right along the border with Syria, from which Druze relatives living on the Israeli side "shout" across the border fence to relatives living on the Syrian side.)
I wanted to see this for myself but we didn't have enough time to spend there and at the time we went, we weren't exactly sure where the "Shouting Hill" was. As it was getting dark and we were hungry, we turned around and headed for a druze restaurant in Mas'ada that we'd heard about.
This kind gentleman eagerly cooked our food to order and was super nice. It was a really interesting evening.
Note the typical druze head turban.
