Seats are quite big for economy class and leg rooms are generous. Seatting condition on Air Arabia is actually better than any other Airline I used before. I am about 190 cm (6'3) and I feel very comfortable on Air Arabia All the plains are new Airbus and Food is sold on board. You can buy a meal for 3-4 dollars.

To move form a place to another, use the most famous and cheap way of transportation: Trains and Buses. You should know that in general it is comfortable and amusing when it is in first class. Comparing with the prices in Europe and western countries first class is also very cheap. Leave a Comment Theme: Train

To the Middle East Airplanes is the best way to voyage to any country in this location! Airports are not the best in the world! But they are OK! And there are luxury airports like Dubai’s Airport and Al Sharga in U.A.E. And good ones like Istanbul, Beirut, Cairo, Damascus, Amman, Jeddah, Riyadh, Tehran and others. Transportation and Travel in KSA Driving. The newer roads are in generally in excellent condition. Interior roads may be bad.. The road to Bahrain passes over a 25-kilometer causeway, which was opened in 1986. Driving in Saudi Arabia is a very hazardous and nerve-wracking activity . One must learn to drive by "instinct" and make much more effort to judge the intentions of other drivers and pedestrians. Insurance is advisable and one must have maximum third-party liability coverage. For camping or off-road travels, it is best to have either a four-wheel-drive or front-wheel drive vehicle. Coping With Emergencies.. Many of them have equipment of the latest technology and fairly high standards of practice. Anything could happen on the highway. Moreover, there may not be a full-service hospital where he is going. Tips for travel . Always be careful when travelling with family . Traveling off the main road can be risky. Go in groups is you are off tracking the highway... Take along a first-aid kit and plenty of drinking water Leave a Comment Theme: Car/Motor Home

Qatar Airways promotes itself as the world’s ‘Only 5 Star Airline’. They must be the only ones to believe that rubbish. My first flight with tem was on a plane that looked like it had been decorated to look like a bad message parlour/brothel. The seats were poorly covered; amenities poor and the staff looked bored or were extremely indifferent. I would not have given it anything but a 2.5 star rating. Free drinks had to be coerced out of the staff who acted like they were the ones paying for them. The TV screen had a couple of channels that could not be stopped or paused like on GOOD AIRLINES. And their prices can be shocking. Their organisation on the ground during a transfer to Yemen was scary. The flight to Yemen was, in my experienced opinion, unsafe. The staff could not control a large group of women and seating was thrown into chaos. The crew did not have a good understanding of English and spoke no Arabic. Arguments broke out among passengers because everyone was in the wrong seat and many would not sit down. We were delayed ON THE PLANE by 1 hour because of this. They disregarded many sections of the safety briefing due to time and seeming lack of training. Shocking. Movies? None. Drinks? 1 and that was trouble to get. I have some peanuts thrown at me and the whole flight was like a zoo. Passengers used mobiles actively the whole flight and no staff member did anything about it. 5 Star Airline? No! 5 Ring Circus and total rip-off? Yes. Qatar Airways. Do not fly them! Fly Emirates. Wish I had. Leave a Comment

Buses & service taxis are the best options to move around The Middle East. They are sometimes reliable sometimes they are not ! Please check the time tables. Most of the times, we pay the price of the journey on the buses or service taxis themself. No need to get a ticket beforehand. Some service taxis (which look like mini vans...) will only start their engine when enough passengers are onboard so this could alter your plan in reaching some destinations. Taxi is also a good option. Do take a taxi if you are not scared of being conned or over-charged ! Anyway, sometimes taxi is the ONLY option to take say if you are going to somewhere remote & there's no other public transportations. Make sure you know where you are going & at least have a rough idea of how much you want to pay to the taxi drivers ! Leave a Comment Theme: Other

When crossing The Red Sea, ferry or fast ferry or even being called a catamaran would be the best option to take. Although not that cheap but it's a pleasant journey as we want to get to the next destination as soon as possible ! Leave a Comment Theme: Ship/Boat

I rarely met any tourist travelling with trains in The Middle East. Most of the times, they are slow but in some places, the trains would provide some bext sights which we can't see on the roads. At least along The Nile, train is the best option ! the sceneries are just amazing with Egyptians are running their everyday life, that we could see through the train windows... On the whole, taxi drivers in the Gulf despite what the internet or guide books may say are as dodgy as anywhere else in the world. The UAE and a few other states use meters but Oman and Yemen and Syria etc come down to bargaining skills. There are a few things to know before hopping in a taxi in the Middle East. 1. Not all taxi drivers speak English and in places like Oman and Yemen, you are on your own. A basic understanding of Arabic will go a long way but if you have trouble ask a local to help you (I usually ask folks in the lineup what I should pay from the airport to my destination so I have a starting point before approaching the sharks outside). 2. Negotiate a fare! Dont listen to the 'no problem' or headshake because I guarantee if you dont negotiate you will pay 3 to 4 times higher than normal. 3. Dont RELY on street names in the ME, most places are known by landmarks such as 'bring me to the main bazaar etc' and the whole exchange is less troublesome for you and for the driver. 4. Always check or write down the license plate of the taxi in case something goes wrong such as bags be stolen or (woman being touched) etc. Overall, they are not that bad ;) Leave a Comment Theme: Other
