Kurtulus Borek Salonu: Delicious pide with cheese and honey!
We passed from Aksaray whem i was travelling with my familiy from Ankara to Adana in January 2006. My parents were remembering nice pides they had at a restaurant in Aksaray years ago, therefore we searched for that place by asking local people. Everybody we asked told as the best pide of the city was found at "Kurtulus Pide Salonu". It is in a big 4-flat building. They server special Aksaray pide with mince and cheese. Surprisingly, the one with cheese is eaten by pouring honey on it. I hesitated to do so, but when i tried, i saw that it tastes nice with honey. Aksaray pide differs the pides of other places by having really thin paste. Normally, i don't like pide very much , but i likde Aksaray pide because it was light. Pide with cheese and honey
