The turquoise clear water which allows you to see much of the ruins under the water, temptes you to swim around Kekova and dive to see the sunken city.
But the swimming is not allowed in this area due to the fact that there are too many boats going around the island.
Still a chance to see the underwater ruins is to rent a boat which has glass floor.

Great landscape, a wonderful experience...
The road trip to these sites shouldn't be missed, but don't do as we did.
Be sure that you have full tank because just some kilometres before arriving to Demre we have noticed that our gas finished.
Sure, now we have fun just thinking of that moments but back then it was not a very comfortable idea to finish in that region without any possibility to do anything.
Because since we have noticed that our gas finished until we arrived to Demre and found a gas station, no other car passed or just some persons to ask for help.
Luckily our adventure had a happy end, because otherwise I will tell you now what a "great" experience is to walk to Demre.
