This is a fun restaurant. It has a live gypsy band (very good) that plays just about every night and the restaurant has low round tables that groups sit around upon comfortable cushions (there are also a few regular tables) and it is decorated in a Turkish style. People often get up to dance to the music, but the real dancing action starts around 11.30 pm or midnight - it is a popular place with Turkish families and little girls bring their coin hip scarves for the dancing (I think the restaurant may have a few of those too, for tourists) with their families. Tourists often have a go at it too, everybody has fun. They have good food and you can smoke a hooka with flavoured tabacco if you want to. It's a nice relaxing place.
Dress Code: Casual, wear something that is comfortable for sitting on floor cushions and dancing (if you want to).

Although so small, it is said that Kalkan has the highest number of restaurants and bars per inhabitant on the Turkish coast.
Kalkan is also renowned for its roof-top restaurants which offer a wonderful view of the town and the sea.
Matching perfectly the wonderful local music with the tasteful Turkish dishes and finishing with the famous Turkish coffee, the over forty restaurants in Kalkan offer plenty of opportunities for a perfect and romantic night out.
