Great team of people to dive with, Murat, Belek, Gokce, Omer, Mahmut and Ozan, very friendly and well run. Boat skipper Okan took us to some great dive sites.
Check out their section on the Uluburun wrech and the archaeological park.
Good map of dive sites on their web page.

Kas is said to have the best diving in Turkey. Well, it is not the Red Sea but have some nice diving spots. I only made three dives and saw trumpet fishes, big groupers, tubeworms, fire worms cucumbers etc. There were also some broken amphora and caves.
I dived with Mavi diving which is a German diving centre with mostly German divers. Once a week they make daytrips, otherwise one dive in the morning and one again in the afternoon. Their boat is very well equipped. Once a week they also make a BBQ for divers.

It is an unparalled experience for me to be in a kayak above a 2000 year old village swallowed by the sea. It's grea to know that swimming in the area is prohibited for conservation purposes and the best way to see it really is by kayak. You also get a good core and arm, back and shoulder workout to boot. What could be a better way to spend a day around Kas? My camera was in a boat (Mehmet followed us in a motor boat with all our gear so I wasn't able to have my camera with me while kayaking obviously. The breathtaking photos are all stored in my brain though...unforgettable!
Equipment: Kayak, paddle/s (depending if you do it by yourself or tandem, like I did with Firat) and expert guides if you are a novice

I decided to skip the diving and see the sights from a different angle. Paragliding is a relaxing and wonderful way to see the panorama of the mountains and coast line. We lifted off of a peak about 1100 meters in elevation and drifted for about 40 minutes before setting foot down on the dock in the center of the small city.
Equipment: They will provide you with everything except some warm under layers. It will be much colder on the top of the mountain and in the air. You'll be ready to shed the layers when you land.

Kas isn't only excellent for Scuba Diving (see the Must See travel tip) but also for other water sports including Sea Kayaking.
I also went with Bougainville (BT Diving) for kayaking. We went out for the day and had a most enjoyable trip in the sun. High factor sun lotion was needed!
We had single and tandem kayaks and my sister and I opted for a tandem (me ,as the strongest person, in the back).
The trip went around the coast where we visted a nearby village and sailed over a sunken city.
Equipment: You will need swimming gear or similar and shoes which you dont mind getting wet. Also high factor (at least SPF 20-30) sun cream and a t-shirt if kayaking in the summer.
There were nets on the kayaks in which we could store our water bottles and shoes if desired.

They have very good diving teachers, I advice. They also make many other sports like biking, sea-kayaking, nature tours etc.
