The main bus terminal of Kas is right up on the road of Ataturk Blvd. corner Ugur Mumcu Street. Small town with a small terminal. Big provincial buses stop and start from here, as well as the small cooperative minibuses that coes to nearby towns and cities.
The minibus that I took from Antalya to Kas is called Bati Antalya, I think they monopolize that route. There is also a small bus cooperative office at the terminal (Kas Tur Koop) that operate minibuses or vans to nearby towns of Ucagiz, Kekova, Cukurbag peninsula, etc -- if you feel like doing things on your own.
I took the Ulusoy bus from here to Istanbul. The staff at Ulusoy is a very kind guy, he lets me change my ticket without any complain - with a smile - when I decided to stay for a couple of days more.

So I found out there's no direct bus from Konya to Kas. I went to several bus offices along Mevalana Street in Konya, most of them do not speak english so hard to communicate in addition to the lack of interest from both Metro and Kamil Koc staff at their office. So I decided to buy the ticket at the friendlier and english speaking staff at Kontur Bus - my first time to use this company, and I didn't regret it, in fact I commend the bus company.
The first bus on this trip in Turkey I took that is really high-tech -- has a strong wifi connection inside the bus, individual TV at the back of each seats, very friendly and helpful steward that serves beverages and some cakes. You can buy tickets in advance online their website.
Very service-oriented, that I was looking for this bus in Kas to Istanbul unfortunately it's not available.
I left the main terminal of Konya at around 9:00am and the bus arrived in Antalya main terminal at 3:00pm. Fare was TL30.
Then, I took the minibus from Antalya to Kas, less than 4 hours ride, fare costs TL20.

I used mini-busses to travel from Patara to Kas, and then onwards to Antalya. Buses run regularly and bus stations are well-equipped to work with tourists. Most pension employees will also call the bus station and book a seat for you- just ask! Buses often do not have air-conditioning, so make sure you get on board with an adequate supply of water. Similarly, buses don't have toilets on board, so if you're staying hydrated make sure to take advantage of any rest tops. Don't worry- the driver won't leave without you!

Getting to Kas from Kalkan was an easy 25 minute ride by local dolmus - cost was 3 new TL each way. Don't feel obliged to get a return ticket as depending what time you wart to return you may decide to use another bus company - there are several but each trieds to get business by offering return tickets at set times. We wanted to flexible not knowing how long we wanted to stay there.
The bus station is at the top of the town - adjacent to the Friday market site. From the nearby rounadbout the roads will lead down to the harbour.
