The Living Room: great vegetable appetizer, fabulous view
First, the location is amazing. It is within Antalya's castle walls in the old district of Kaleici. We just happened to see it since the music coming from its garden was good. There was a wedding going on at the time. View was amazing. Service was superb. Grill, bar and garden. Its flyer (in German) mentions a harem Turkish show on certain evenings. The best appetizer I had in all of Turkey was at this restaurant - the vegetables in olive oil (artichokes, eggplant, etc) just melted in my mouth. It was also nicely presented in a big plate and artfully done with care and attention to aesthetics, not just culinary value. Very reasonably priced by US standards.
