go beyond straw huts (see restaurants tip),then cross river tigris on foot (at this very moment,not deep at all!) and continue during 100m.
then,tigris is a few deeper and the cliff....amazing!

Surprise, surprise - Hasankeyf.
Hasankeyf is an open museum in that there are so many ruins around and mostly are entry free. This small ancient town with a population of only 3,000 is one of the surprise I've had on this trip....
