    very near to the center in a walk distance you can enjoy the black sea shore this place is called "lovers hill"

    Osman Gazi is the founder of Ottoman empire .In the picture you can see him in the middle
    seating on his throne.On the right side Konuralp Bey which is the military man who take the city with Orhan gazi.And on the right side the ruler of the city Akcakoca which gives the name to the city..

    There are many nice fish restaurants but it is my favorite. Hamsi is a small, very delicious fish. If it is time, you must taste it! Sometimes I don't need to take it's bone out.

    Favorite Dish: Except Hamsi fish, Barbun fish, Mezgit fish, shrimp+mushroom, salat etc. etc...

    Akcakoca has many old houses in the city .Some of them are under the reconstruction and all of them are under the protection of the municipality.You can buy this houses unless you promise to protect the same old architecture in the restauration .
