We have a very good soft drink which is "Uludag" I always prefer to drink it if I can find, if foreign products let them sell... My VT friend Mavl loved it.
After iskender kebap Bursa is famous with "inegöl köfte". We prefer to eat it at "inegöl" town. :-)) It is a meatball but a bit different.
Bursa is famous with "iskender kebap". It is "döner kebap"+ yoghurt+tomatoes souce+..There are good restaurants at Heykel area.
You can eat good meatballs and drink ayran in a short time. You may find in different areas.
