This is really a difficult one it would be unfair to say one is better than another.
There are so many Restaurants to choose from and so many variations depending on taste.
My advice is just try what you fancy.
Favorite Dish: Donner kebab & Ice-cream (yes Please)Ice cream, people who have been will understand ,its good for the simple reason they know how to prepare it.

There are many restaurants in Oludeniz to choose from but I liked this one because the pasta dishes are really very good and also because the waiting staff were friendly and not pushy as they can be in some of the other restaurants around. The menu also includes a wide range of English and Turkish dishes as well as Italian. The beachfront location is also good for people-watching.
Favorite Dish: I tried two pasta dishes (can't remember exactly which) from the menu, both were very tasty and good value.

On my 2nd night in Oludeniz I found this little out of the way place (out of the way in Oludeniz is 50 meters from the main road!) Little local Turkish tea place that does great gozleme and local food items
It is all very comfortable on the cushions and pillows after a hard day of diving, paragliding or getting 3rd degree burns. Most of the clientele are local people and Turkish tourists, which is a welcome change!
Favorite Dish: After the second night I basically told them to surprise me, so every night I got a different meal.
Manti - great gnocchi-like dish with yoghurt and hot read meat sauce hiding underneath.
Gozleme - hot fresh pancake/crepes, filled with peynir (fetalike chhese or tahina and honey)
Coban salatasi - chooped salad of onion, peppers, cucumber and tomato.
Pilav - simple rice made with noodles and nuts.
