Well my personal favorite is ELMA CAJ, apple tea :)
It is served in special glasses like on the pic.
You can drink cold with ice or hot elma tea, it tastes great anyway :))
I even bought tea and glasses to take with me.

...in what used to be the water spring. Make a wish and if the coin stays there on the colummn your wish will come true ( they say LOL)
If it falls down, then ... ohh well, if you ask me it is all about the throwing techinque.

Silk bug and creating silk, then coloring silk with natural plant colors. Hand made caprets by those hard working girls and final product at the end :) They make it from wool, cottong and silk. The most expensive ones are made of silk naturaly. But they say they make them to last for generations and generations.
Cool, but expensive... some silk carpets cost arround 20 000 euros. It took 4 years to make it. Anyway it is free to watch LOL

Wanna see how they make onyx products?
Find some onyx factory near Bergama. They have showen us the proces of making one onyx egg. See the rest of the pics for that. The make various products, dishes, eggs, chess boards and figures (cost more than 200 euros). It is very interesting to see how it works :)
