The restaurant is located in the centre of Kusadasi, not so far away from the port we docked in. You may have a breakfast or a dinner there, they have practically everything you can imagine: italian, indonesian, mexican cuisines etc, The service was great, the garsins very nice ans spoke fluently English.. They offer Turkish night for free one time in the week, but unfirtunately we could not stay as our ship was leaving..

Favorite Dish: I lobed lamb chops!

Food's on!

This restaurant is loved by Turks and travellers alike. The atmosphere indoors (in the winter) or outdoors (in the summer), is completely Turkish, with music, tables on the floor, and food made on small ovens right in front of the fire. The local village women make the best "gozleme" (a thin type of pastry with meat, cheese, spinach, potato, or whatever you want). The atmosphere and food provide an experience that many will enjoy.

Favorite Dish: Tatli gozleme -- a hot, thin pastry filled with honey, walnuts, tahin, and hash-hash (yeah, thats right, hash-hash). It is addicting.

Antique menu

Antique Menu is the menu used in Roman period 2200 years ago, in Ephesus region. It was taken from a Roman book written by a Roman flavor master with his own handwriting. The menu prepared with the spices made from the local herbs, roots and seeds just as it has done in the antique period. This menu, in our opinion, is unique in the world in our era. It is presented yet only in “The Prince Of The Castle”, in Selcuk, to the taste hunters.
Besides the Antique Menu, The Prince Of The Castle has a gourmet kitchen with the Mediterranean taste with olive oil and with fresh beef, lamp and fish, and carefully chosen fresh vegetables.

Favorite Dish: GUSTUM DE PRAECOQUIS (Antique Menu)
starter with apricots and/or nectarin
kayısı ve/veya nektarin ön yemeği
IN VITULINAM ELIXAM(Antique Menu)
stewed veal with antique sauce
antik soslu dana yahnisi

Adana Kebab/Adana kebabı
Shish kebab / sis kebap
Meetballs / kofte
Aubergine in olive oil/ imam bayildi
Stuffed green leaves/ Yaprak sarmasi
shrimp
Calamary
Shnitzel

I forgot the name of this one...: Turkish Food

The restaurant is along this street

I have mentioned this is my Goreme page - I have this habit of not remembering the places we've dined in, so I forgot again the name of this resto in Selcuk where we had our dinner after a tiring tour of Ephesus.

But am sure this will help, the resto is just beside the Urkmez Hotel and right in front of the Police Station and Turkiye Bank, and PTT is at the back.

Small restaurant, in fact, they only have few tables but the food is really delicious - turkish food. You can have a taste of all the food in small quantities for only, I think, TL8, very inexpensive but believe me, it's delicious.

Favorite Dish: Good food
