In Turkey you can taste various types of kebap depending on where you are and it is crucial to which kebap to eat and where. If you are in Kastamonu, you should go for "Kuyu Kebap (Büryan Kebap)". It is made uf lamb. The lambs are held on hooks and the meat is cooked in wells. (Basically "kuyu" means "well" in English). It has such a delicious taste. Mmmm...
