You have to see the local women in their traditional dress, they are as colourful as Indian women! You will see them walking around dressed up if there is a wedding on. You can even turn up to the wedding and you will be welcomed!

Definately worth seeing, but not for those scared of heights! About 2 hours drive from the park entrance at a very slow speed! You come to a village with a sign post 'Valla Canyon', park up and find a local to take you to the canyon... there are no sign posts to it! we followed the wrong path for an hour!!! If you find the right place you should climb along a rock ledge 500 meters drop either side! Scary!

You are free to drive around the park at any time I believe. You must have a slow night time drive as a lot of animals come out in the dark and cross the tracks... your headlights pick them up. We saw an Owl, a giant Toad and a Hedgehog... still no Bear though! During our 2 hour drive we saw no cars!!

Generally driving along in the park you won't see many big animals, but they are there in the forrest! We asked the cook at Pasa Konagi to arrange a guide for us as we wanted to see bears. We were taken out on foot by 2 armed hunters in to the park in search of wildlife. We didn't see anything, but saw lots of tracks and it was quite exciting. Also it is good for the hunters as they learn that people will pay money for this guiding experience and hopefully it will deter them from hunting!

Worth seeing... if you drive down to the bottom of the valley and follow the signposts. Park your car and walk to the waterfall as the road/track is only suitable for 4x4s! The walk is nice through green and flowery fileds.
