Keyfinn garden: Keyfinn garden
I loved that place a lot. The only thing I missed there was a glass of good wine. They never serve any alcohol in cafes.
Doesn’t matter, we were at a tango night and they also played salsa, wonderful night.
Maksut Bey: Maksut Bey
It’s a fast food restaurant on the main street. They always have at least 8-10 ready meals and you can pick whatever you want. But if you don’t like spice be very careful and look for a dish without peppers. They always put spice peppers. And better go and eat upstairs, there is an air conditioner and a view to the mosque.
ÖzelKebap: Unexpected Service!
Nicely decorated cute place. But the main attraction is the service. No one can find any service like this one around here. I am sure the owner lived outside of Turkey for some time.
Favorite Dish: Anything goes. They are good.

This café is one of the most popular and expansive café-restaurants in Izmit. We had an ice coffee outside in the garden and were waited by very polite servers.

Is nothing special but a great young staff is working there. They serve nargille . It’s in a park and you can feel cool with a glass of lemonade.

They serve very delicious pide(bread with cheese, tomatoes and meat – kind of pizza) and also kebab. It is not exactly in the city but it worth going there.
