Konya is situated at the distance of 258 km south from Ankara and 232 km west from Nevsehir. You can get to Konya by train from Istanbul (2 times a day, 14 hours in a way), by bus from Antalya (4 times a day, 6 hours in a way), from Ankara (1 time an hour, 3 hours in a way), from Goreme (3 times a day, 4 hours in a way) etc. We came to Konya from Cappadocia by tourist bus. It took us 4 hours. Konya is rather large city. We crossed it from East to West by bus.
