tram in city center/Konya Turkey

The Konya tram system (LRT) is based on a nearly 20Km's long track laying between north and south directions .Another line is under construction for Meram district. It is the cheepest way (less than 1.-$)to discover the city and city life.

There is a tram that runs through Konya, although I didn't make use of it. I think it runs on one route towards the university.
