The Turkish bath is a must when you are in Turkey. My wife went in and came out looking 10 years younger, i said please go in 3 more times hahahahahaha. There is a good one near the goverment hospital, its got a very cold shock pool which you jump in after a hot and steamy sauna (boy does that wake you up). If like me you take travellers cheques on holiday with you then you need to know where the best place is to cash them in. We found with the exchange rate changing all the time its best to hunt around for the best deal. The best we could find was the Yapi Kredi bank which is a 5 min walk inland along Ulusal Egemenlik Bulvari, on the right hand side of the road. You will get a good deal there. Leave a Comment

There is a very usefull tourist office in Marmaris and they will tell you anythingyou want to know about the area whilst you are on your holiday. I found them very helpfull when i asked where to by phone cards.
The tourist office is at
Iskele Maydani 2. and its open from 8am to 7.30pm 7 days a week.
