Icmeler is a real beach place, if you like sunbathe on the beach during your vacation, Icmeler is the place to be.
It has a nice walking boulevard with lots of restaurants.
The beach is covered with sunshades and reclining chairs.
Icmeler is about 5 km from Marmaris every 15 minutes a bus is driving from Icmeler too Marmaris.

Favorite thing: The beach isn't the best so if you like a lot of sand you should think about another place... for example Antalya's area has very nice beaches. Marmaris beach is narrow and crowdy. There are beds and umbrellas but they are very close one to another so no privacy at all ;-)

Inside the Marmaris town center there is apublic beach and you can enjoy the wonderful view and swim there..
