voyageur2 Says: There is no special campground in Duvecik. Staying in Samsun should be okay because of its proximity and its good hotels. If you are familiar with mountain life it will not be hard to find a place. Views are so beautiful that you can not feel the time spent.

voyageur2 Says: When I was a child, roads were bad and there was not direct bus connection to city. It was both a necessity and a joy to walk that distance. It was taking between 1 or 1.5 hours. Today, there are regular minibus connections from city center. But i recommend you a car.
