This is probably the premier mall of Al Ain where you get to shop for designer clothings, oud (Arabian perfume), jewellery shops and designer Arabian costume! There is also a cinema where you can catch the latest movie screenings. A food court with a variety of fast food, Lebanese and Chinese food can be found near the cinema. There is also an entertainment arcade for children and teenagers.

I have eyes like a magpie; I love shops full of brightly coloured glittering things and searching through these Aladdin's caves, with shelves full of boxes of eye-catching beads; braids, lace and ribbons hanging from the ceilings; stacked spools of gold and silver thread; buttons and buckles, is something I could do for hours. I also love to sew, especially evening wear, and, having done the rounds of my favourite silk shops in Dubai, I usually find this is the best place to find something to personalise what I plan to make. It would also appeal to those that like crafts, such as making jewellery,
The shops are really aimed at professional tailors, but they welcome anyone and the staff, at all the ones I’ve been to, were friendly, helpful, patient and never pushy, if I asked for help finding something specific or was slow at deciding.
I was told that braided beadwork was a local traditional craft for women in this area but is less commonly practised these days.
What to buy: Beads, buttons, sequins, braids , ribbons, lace, cords, net, wire, craft materials, embroidery threads etc.
What to pay: Although you can find some more costly items e.g. crystal beads, the prices for all items are considerably less than I've ever encountered in Europe. NB beads are sold in much larger packs.
