The best feature of the restaurant of the Yacht Club, which is open to the public, is the al-fresco terrace overlooking Dubai Creek. The food is pretty good, too. Keep in mind that what locals consider local food generally consists of highly-seasoned Indian-style dishes. Alcoholic beverages are served at this restaurant as well. This is an upscale place, but people were dressed fairly casually. Of course you should wear a proper shirt and trousers--shorts and revealing attire should be avoided, even in the hottest of seasons.

Head to Carter's for a drink and some live music. It's decorated in the style of a colonial club in Egypt and has a great atmosphere at the weekends.Friday nights is Jam night. During the summer it's held indoors while Sept-May it's outdoors chilling on beanbags. Smart casual for Carter's, no dress code for Peanut Butter Jam which is outdoors
I went to the Oxygen bar. They had a good variety of music. no cover charge. It is in a 4/5 star. They played dance, R&B, Arabic ... try http://www.timeoutdubai.com for more nightlife infoIt cost me about 15 dahrams to get from deira anything goes
The Irish Village is an enormously popular spot among the expat community. You can get your fill of beer and still be outdoors since the seating is in a private garden area. As you would expect, the fare is pub food--fried, filling, and fattening. But what the h*ll, once in a while. The suds are fattening, too! Euro casual. Bare arms and legs are okay!

I hadn't touched a water pipe, called a "shisha" in the UAE, since, well since those long-gone university days. So when the opportunity arose, I reclined and relaxed, and took a trip... back in time..., drawing in the sweet smoke of...apple-flavored tobacco. This experience was part of an organized nighttime visit to a Bedouin show village in the desert, but there are many places where you can enjoy a shisha in Dubai itself. Many hotels have shisha bars, and even fast-food chains have shishas.

There are so many Discoes, Bars, Cinemas, Adult Spots, Cruising Spots and moreover a nice beach as well, which is even full with people at night !!! Anything which fully covers ur sexual organs :>

A very fun bar always busy. We went as two guys and they would not let us in, but we were Hotel guests so this was OK, but beware if you don't have women with you then you won't get in. Overall though a very fun and busy bar, probably the best we visited in Dubai. Smart Casual
Oxygen is an upscale club with a definite Euro feel to it. All of the music is American club music, and it doesn't stop all night. For a tasty alcoholic beverage, I recomend a "Bull Frog" A relatively new nightspot on the Dubai scene, this one is sure to last. Smart casual.
Dubai, has an excellent nightlife scene (except for Monday's which tends to be pretty dead) with a large choice of bars and nightclubs for you to be able to enjoy whilst there. Below is a list of some of the more popular bars, with a review that will help you to choose where to go and when. You will need to know that most of the bars that can serve alcohol are only in hotels, there are though a few exceptions, and most of these are reviewed here. Dubai also has some interesting laws regarding clubs; they all must close at 3 am, you must be 21 to drink alcohol, 25 to enter a nightclub, and interestingly they are not allowed by law to refuse entrance to anyone, including members only clubs. Having said that this does not mean that you will be able to walk into any members club free of charge, a lot of the members clubs have very high entrance fees, that they will charge you if you do...
