We bought a camera in DDF, and we were given a worldwide warranty ticket.
When we were back at home we found out that the camera was not OK and tried to get service locally but got a reply from the manufacturer official service that Dubai warranty is not covered in Europe!
We contacted Dubai duty free officials and got an assuring reply that they will settle the issue. The issue has never been solved.
So if you come from Europe and America be careful: Dubai Dutyfree do not provide warranty for your regions - only for Asia. Sad but true.

Duty Free Shops at Dubai International Airport are one of the best in the world, the Prices are reasonable comparing to other Duty Free shops and the offers so many options and verities, it is just fun roaming around there even if you dont shop anything, but do not miss your flight call

What to buy: Certified Dimonds, CCC, Suvineer's, Tobacco (large verity of Cigars) Parfumes, and CHOCOLATES

What to pay: Empty Your Wallet, Spend all the Local Currency in your Pocket, Burn the Limit of your Credit Card and still you will be un done

Dubai Duty free is very famous in Asia for its large collection of products from Electronics to Jewellry, there is no match of any other Duty free shop in Asia than Dubai Duty Free !
