In Dubai and Sharjah is full of littel good renta a car where u ca take a car for 15/20 euros per days....I have some discount cause my boyfriends work for an airline, but they are cheeper than other big company and they are sure and good...
U can ask to your hotel or tho the little ageny desk inthe arrival salon at the intl airport

If you do not have your car then you can simply rent a car. The easiest way to come to Dubai is either from Abu Dhabi or from Sharjah.

Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are 130 and 10 Km's away from Dubai respectively. There are superb roads connecting these cities.

I rented a car in my last visit to Dubai - for a change. But it was a big mistake !
Althought the car had its GPS but we couldn't find a place we wanted to reach ! we really wasted the time and money. a trip takes 10 minutes we took more than an hour to find the place :(
Knowing that Dubai has really cheap taxi service 24/7, and it is very easy to find a taxi with very organised service - a place where the taxi stop in every mall or place.
so the best way to transport in Dubai is Taxi.

Are you breathing? Do you hold a Drivers Licence issued by ANY government on the face of the Earth? Congratulations! You can rent a car in Dubai! They glanced at mine from a distance. When you see how many locals drive (large, expensive) cars, you will understand why they are just not that picky about your Licence. Rent from local companies – not the big international names! I saved 50% and had a great car with Air-conditioning. You must have A/C. It’s the law – of nature.

The current regulation is that visitors must have an International Driving Licence issued in their own country if they wish to rent a car in Dubai.

The rental companies are negotiating with the authorities because they want the rule changed, but right now the rule is in place. You need to check the latest position just before you travel as rules can change very suddenly in this part of the world.

There are the usual international rental companies in Dubai (Budget, Thrifty, Hertz, Avis etc) plus many local companies.

Signs are in English and Arabic, the roads are excellent, fuel is very cheap - but the roads are extremely busy, there is construction and many diversions, parking is a major problem and the standard of driving is appalling.

There is ZERO TOLERANCE TO DRINK DRIVING. Even one sip of alcohol before you drive can land you in big trouble, including jail.

In any accident the police must be called and you have to wait for them to attend, assign blame and issue reports (for repairs/insurance claims).

If you're planning to hire a car, just be aware of the problems you may face.
