Hahaha he is so happy and proud! by dr.firas The hell you could only find in Dubai, cars from all kinds and sorts and marks! but some times even interesting and odd unusual cars, take notice that transportation in cabs is the best way, and fastest in spite of the traffic jam sometimes that lasts hours...! Cabs in Dubai are all with counters, in Sharijah you can sometimes make a deal with the driver before and fix the price, but you have to get an idea of the prices from a local person there, however remember that buses are the cheapest way always! Sharjah Airport is a bit of a hall from Dubai and Jumeirah. When we arrived at 10PM on Saturday, traffic wasn't bad. We got to the hotel Vicinity within about 20 minutes. We were assured to be at Sharjah Sunday evening by 8pm, a 20 minute drive from Dubai was out of the question. Traffic I hear is horrendous. Beyond belief Horrors. In fact cab drivers didn't want to take us from Jumeirah to Sharjah at 2pm! Crazy, uh? Finally we found one willing to take us to Sharjah and it only took about -- 25 minutes! ( I guees we missed that horrific traffic after all!). So if you land in Sharjah, just be aware that getting a cab to/ from Dubai could be a challenge depending on the time of day. Dropped off in Sharjah at 2pm for an 8pm check in was kind of a drag, but we visisted the Sharja Historical Center and the Radisson hotel. (Air Con, baby....) Leave a Comment Theme: Car/Motor Home

Sharjah has a LOVELY airport and efficient checkin by Hexepatty We arrived and departed via Air Arabia at the Sharjah Airport --- not to be confused with the Dubai City International Airport. We flew from Kuwait to Sharja for $99, and left Sharjah to Istanbul for $145. You can't beat that. Leave a Comment

Unless you are blessed with wealth, you will probably enjoy most of your travels across the world in Economy – also know as “Cattle Class”. The best airline in the world for those reasonable airfares is EMIRATES. Why Emirates is better: • Best Flight Crews in the air These people pride themselves on being friendly. They are happy to be there, happy to see you and it shows. No request is a problem. • Comfortable seats The interiors are always new, you always get a pillow and a blanket, and seats are plush. • Free Unlimited alcohol Anything you want and the crew don’t hassle you if you want to drink a lot of cold beers, wine, whiskey, whatever you choose. • In-flight entertainment You can watch about 10-15 brand new movies and you can pause movies so you can go on your travels inside the plane. Also have the forward and underside cameras to watch takeoffs and landings just like you were in the cockpit • Hot face towel when you get onboard. Really nice if this is not your first flight of the day • Good food No airline has great food, but everything is good and the food is recognisable. • Company ethos The whole airline is based on the Arabic concept of hospitality. You are treated like a Prince or Princess regardless of how much you paid. Emirates flights are sometimes $30-100 more than other airlines roundtrip prices, but the service you get is priceless and the rest you get makes your first day of holiday that much better. EMIRATES. The best. The end. Leave a Comment

Abu Dhabi international airport (AUH) is on the mainland, about 30km (18.6mi) from the centre of town. The main bus terminal is south of the centre, but intercity service is only available within the Abu Dhabi emirate. Next to the main bus station, you'll find the minibus and long-distance taxi station. These will take you to Dubai and possibly Sharjah and Al-Ain. There's a round-the-clock bus connection between the city and the airport. Large, cheap municipal buses run throughout Abu Dhabi, but they're nearly useless for the traveller because they follow no fixed routes. Your best bet for transport within Abu Dhabi is taxis or renting your own car (there are rental agencies in most of the top hotels). Leave a Comment Theme: Other

Direct take a flight to Dubai international airport Since most of the parts of Dubai is covered ny desert, so getting around the city of Dubai can only take a car or simplicity by walk if it's not far away because it's just a small city. Or if you like, you can take a boat to travel around the Dubai Creek. Leave a Comment Theme: Ship/Boat

4 wheelers at a camp. by Faiza-Ifrah All major airlines serve Dubai International Airport. However, we have found Emirates and KLM to be the best. Besides, one can enter the UAE through road from Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman. For Abu Dhabi, KLM and British Airways have been our first choices. To explore all the nooks and corners of the UAE, we strongly recommend renting out 4 wheel drives. UAE has the highest per capita of 4 wheelers in any case. 4 wheelers will provide you access to offroad attractions and security from fast traffic. In the pix, offroaders are seen parked in the desert, as the desert bashers prepare an overnight camp. Leave a Comment Theme: Car/Motor Home

Dubai is well connected to all parts of the world by air and sea. so many cruise ships go past Dubai. Dubai Int'l airport is a great place to get down.... It 's always under expansion. The dubai duty free shop is a shopper's paradise. A great idea to become a millionaire overnight is by participating in the raffle draw. Lucky ones go back with millions! U.A.E is well connected by roads. I think i've told somewhere in my pages that it could be thought of as a narrow piece of land, with a main road running down from south to north, passing through all the states, except Fujairah. You've to divert u'r path from Sharjah for going to Fujairah. It's left hand drive system here. And either u could hire a car, which is easily available like Coke...lol... or get along with the tour operators. Do take advice or take guides with u if u go to the desert, because u may lose u'r way badly. Now I've heard that they are starting air taxi service from AbuDhabi to Dubai, 7 trips a day!
